Refunds cost more than the refund. Clawback shows you the rest.
You know how much you refunded. Clawback shows what those refunds actually cost you: return labels, payment fees that aren't returned, inventory that never came back, and money you may still be able to recover.
Clawback opens inside your Shopify admin, which is where it gets permission to read your store. Go to your admin, open Apps, and choose Clawback.
- Every number has a source. Each amount is labelled Confirmed, Estimated or Potential, with the Shopify record behind it.
- Returns that never made it back to stock. Returned items that weren't restocked within your window.
- Payout reconciliation. Payouts that don't match their transactions, explained line by line.
